JOY TO THE WORLD! The REMDA Annual Christmas Dinner and Party is back!
It will be held on December 8th, 2021 at 6pm (regular meeting night). This event will once again take place at the Legion Hall where we normally hold our monthly meetings. If you plan on attending you must contact our party coordinator Janet W. or the webmaster here on the site. Please let us know how many will be joining you. If you have family members or close friends that you would like to bring along, you are okay to do so as long as you observe a few rules listed below:
- Dinner is pot-luck and we would like everyone to bring something to share. Unfortunately a turkey will not be provided this year, but any pot-luck meal (meat, vegetables, & Dessert) donations are appreciated. Seriously, we would love to sample some of your favorite yuletide treats! If you plan to eat you must arrive at or before 6pm. Beverages are available at the Legion upstairs at the bar; otherwise, please bring beverages for yourself.
- We will have a Bad Santa and Mean Elf again this year. Each dinner participant must bring a wrapped gift (~$15-$20 value) to contribute to the event (this includes any guests that you will be bringing along; if you have a total of 4 people in your group attending you must bring 4 gifts.) Please: no used items or dollar store items. If you can afford it, please bring an extra gift or two since some of our members are in hard times and cannot afford a gift.
