Our Monthly REMDA Meeting will be held outside on July 12th at Gage Park.
Start Time: 7:15pm
We will meet around the south end parking lot off of Lawrence Ave.
We will hold a quick meeting which will include new business, past and upcoming events, a discussion about the history of Gage Park, and share stories about some of our finds at the park ov er the years. There will also be the Finds Board open for viewing and entering your finds for voting; tickets will be sold for the 50/50, silver prize, and door prizes. Hopefully we can convince Dave M. to hold a Detecting 101 class for anyone that wants to attend.
Once the meeting adjourns you are free to explore the park, detect (remember our code of ethics), or whatever you want to do. Hopefully the weather will be nice to us.
You should bring your detecting gear (if you plan to detect), some water or a drink to stay hydrated, a foldout chair for the meeting, your finds for the Finds Board, a guest or family member, and some enthusiasm to have some fun.
